I fili delicati del mondo vegetale e i circuiti del corpo umano evocano relazioni, ricordando le intricate reti della comunicazione umana, quando si parla di circuiti o di reticoli, pensiamo ad esempio alla struttura complessa dei vasi linfatici delle foglie, al reticolato disegnato sull’epidermide umana, oppure ai tracciati delle metropolitane, o ancora alla complicatissima sagoma di una cellula nervosa: se osservati da vicino, questi elementi apparentemente lontani rivelano numerose assonanze.

The delicate threads of the plant world and the circuits of the human body evoke relationships, recalling the intricate networks of human communication. When we speak of grids or reticula, we could think, for example, of the complex structure of the lymphatic vessels of leaves, the criss-crosses of the human epidermis, or the tracks of the metro systems, or even the complicated outline of a neural cell: if looked at closely, these apparently distant elements reveal numerous assonances.
